INTERNSHIP, MENTORSHIP & WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
Herewith I would like to explain to you what value we can add to your organization regarding internships, mentoring, workplace experience and apprenticeships.
We are involved in various mentoring programs, namely SEE (BEE project), SA Olive, Lona Fruit, ACG Fruit and Graaff Fruit. At SA Olive there are already the following farms involved: Olyfberg, Buffet Olives, Waverley Hills, Mardouw Estate, Goedgedacht, Olyvenbosch & Oakhurst Trust.
We have also offered similar programs in the Langkloof and have recently started training at land reform projects such as KET Farms.
Our involvement is in different ways according to the nature of the needs and / or problems of the organization as facilitators of the process and / or mentors.
The mentoring process can play an important role in implementing the skills development act, BEE requirements and employment equity act.
Our involvement can add the following value:
• Assessment of progress of the learner involved.
• Addressing problems and needs.
• Direction and assistance to mentors and / or learner etc.
The above can help to ensure that learners are more successful with internships, apprenticeships and workplace experiences. You can also apply for funding of each of the actions at the relevant SETA where your organization is involved.
PERSONAL/EXECUTIVE COACHING & INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
We believe that a personal involvement in the lives of management and workers will enhance learning and knowledge to help learners bring a positive change in personal life and work environment.
WE ARE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE – ALWAYS
We are willing to travel to any place where we can make a difference.
Since the start of Covid 19, we have adapted our programs and methods. We now offer online coaching which includes access to the required documents, relevant material and video calling. The feedback has been very positive and the results even better.

Graag wil ek aan u verduidelik watter waarde ons kan toevoeg tot u organisasie ten opsigte van internskappe, mentorskappe, werkplekervaring en vakleerlingskappe.

Ons betrokkenheid is op verskillende wyses volgens die aard van die behoefte en/of probleme van die organisasie as fasiliteerders van die proses en/of mentors.
Die mentorskapproses kan ‘n belangrike rol speel binne die verandering van die vaardigheidswet, met fokus op internskappe, werkplekervaring en vakleerlingskappe.
Ons betrokkenheid kan die volgende waarde toevoeg:
• Assessering van vordering van betrokke leerder.
• Aanspreek van probleme en behoeftes.
• Rigtinggewing en hulp aan mentors en/of leerder ens.
Bogenoemde kan help dat daar groter sukses is met inneem van leerders vir internskappe, vakleerlingskappe en werkplekervaring. U kan ook aansoek doen vir befondsing van elkeen van die aksies by die betrokke SETA waar u organisasie by betrokke is.

Ons is bereid om na enige plek te reis waar ons ‘n verskil kan maak.
Sedert die begin van Covid 19 het ons ons programme en metodes aangepas. Ons bied nou aanlyn afrigting aan wat toegang tot die vereiste dokumente, relevante materiaal en video-oproepe insluit. Die terugvoering hiervan is baie positief en die resultate selfs beter.
